Mildred Mae Wells, age 93 of Summer Shade, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at her home. She was a daughter of the late James Tollie Hagan and Mary Jane (Harlan) Hagan Jobe and was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by three daughters, Nancy (Ronnie ) Underwood of Summer Shade, Betty Alice ( Leo ) Colin of Martinsville, In. and Sandy (Marshall) Underwood of Mobile,Al; two sisters, Geraldine Jobe Moorer of Bald Knob , Ark. and Trudy Page Bunnell of Panama City, Fla; grandchildren, Penny Schafer, Lisa Carter, Ronnie Underwood, Jr., Michael Wells Underwood, Antoinettte Lorenzen, Lezlie Owsley and Heather Gardner.
In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Wells, a daughter,Lorna Lou Wells and an infant brother.
Funeral services will be Friday, Aug. 3 at 11:00 AM at the McMurtrey Funeral Home with Marshall Underwood officiating. Burial will follow in the Gee Harvey Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday, Aug. 2 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
