MAMIE LOUISE BIRGE McINTYRE

Mamie Louise Birge McIntyre, age 73 of Summer Shade, died Thursday, July 12  at the U of L Hospital in Louisville.  She was a daughter of the late Elbert Tom and Clara Vance Birge.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Corinth Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jessie McIntyre;  one daughter, Bonita ( Jason) Poore of Glasgow;  one brother, Howard (Evie ) Birge of Austin Tracy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Barry McIntyre, sisters, Irma Copas, Lois England, and brothers, Ewell, Horace, Mervin, Lee and Edgar Birge.
Funeral services will be Sunday, July 15 at 2:00 PM at the White Chapel with Bro. Taylor Wilson  officiating. Burial will follow in the White Cemetery.
Visitation will begin Saturday, July 14 at 1:00 PM at the McMurtrey Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the White Cemetery or the Summer Shade Fire Dept.c/o the McMurtrey Funeral Home, 2232 Summer Shade Rd. Summer Shade,Ky. 42166.
