ALMA MAE SHAW SMITH

Alma Mae Shaw Smith, age 93 of Edmonton, died Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at the Cumberland Co. Hospital. She was a homemaker and a daughter of the late Hayden and Beulah  Frances Hurt Shaw.
She is survived by one daughter,  Mary Elizabeth  Froedge of Edmonton;  one grandchild, Frank Neal (Amanda) Froedge of Edmonton;   one great grandchild, Riley Paige Froedge.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  a sister, Eunice Lola Shaw.
Funeral services will be Thursday, June 27 at 2:00 P M at the McMurtrey Funeral Home with Tim Thompson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Summer Shade Cemetery.
Visitation will begin Wednesday, June 26 at 2:00 P M at the funeral home.

HOWARD ANTHONY HEATTER

Howard Anthony Heatter, age 67 of Edmonton, died Friday, June 21, 2013 at his residence. He was a son of the late Howard Philip and Dorothy Halvey Heatter and was employed in the Forest Industry.  He served in the Navy during the Vitnam War.
He is survived  by his wife, Leona Kaczorewski Heatter;  one daughter, Sandra (Rob ) Wardell of Ottowa, Il;  two grandchildren, Brandon and Matthew Wardell;  one brother, Craig Heatter.
In addition to his parents,he was preceded in death by one son, Robert Michael Heatter.
There will be no funeral service, as cremation was chosen.
McMurtrey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

LOV IE MARIE BROADY

Lovie Marie Broady, age 80 of Glasgow, died Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the T J Samson Community Hospital.  She was a homemaker and daughter of the late Russell Raymond and Mae Pauline Tabor Hurt.  She was a member of the Foundation Baptist Church.
She is survived by four sons,  David (Cathy) Coffey of Glasgow,  Dillard ( Sheila ) Coffey of  Bowling Green, Daniel (Trish ) Broady of Edmonton and Clifford ( Vicky ) Broady of Glasgow;  one daughter, Charlotte (Chester ) Blakley of Glasgow;  two sisters, Janice Pendleton of Scottsville and Faye Howard of Bowling Green;  two brothers,  Harvey and Perry Hurt of Bowling Green;  eleven grandchildren  and several great grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, C.L.Broady,  one sister Catherine Dowell and Three brothers, Raymond, Wendell and Ray Hurt.
Funeral services will be Friday,  June 7 at 11:00 AM at the McMurtrey Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Peers Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday, June 6 from l: 00 to 9:00 PM and continue Friday until funeral time.
