William (Billy) Albert Cook, age 77, of Edmonton , KY passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021 at his home. Born February 5, 1944, he was a son of the late Albert and Ruie McFarland Cook and the husband of 58 years of Sylvia McCoy Cook, who survives.

He was a farmer, drove a gas truck for Ashland Oil and was of the Church of Christ faith. He was a veteran of the U S Army.

Survivors other than his wife include, two sons Tracy (Beverly) Cook, Edmonton and Kelly Cook, Glasgow; two sisters, Betty Robertson, Edmonton and Gladys Hughes, Glasgow; two brothers, Donnie Cook, Hiseville and Jessie Cook of Bowling Green; 4 grandchildren, Daniell Elmore, Nicole Cook, Owen Kelby Cook, and Zackary Cook; and three great grand children.

Preceding him in death besides his parents, were two brothers, Wesley and Bobby Cook; and one sister Joyce Nichols.

Graveside funeral services will be Monday, July, 2021, 2:00 P.M. at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in the Randolph community of Metcalfe County . Brother Gary Richardson will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery . Military honors will be conducted by the Glasgow Chapter of DAV.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
