Tammy Ray Lopez, 65, of Edmonton, KY passed away Friday, February 7, 2025, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. She was born in Elizabethtown, KY on July 3, 1959, to Glen Ray and Betty Overfelt Johnson.

Tammy was of the Missionary Baptist faith and enjoyed animals, flower gardening, bird watching and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her parents Glen Ray of Clarksville, IN and Betty Overfelt Johnson of Carthage, TN; a sister Cindy Garmon of Carthage, TN and several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

The family honored Tammy's wishes with cremation and a memorial service will be held later.

McMurtrey Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
