homemaker.

than her husband, include four daughters, Susan Parks, Jeffersonville, IN,
Sandra Worthington, Louisville, Sonia (Timothy) Brown, Jeffersonville, IN and
Shirley Nash, Bowling Green; one son, Steven (Nancy) Parks, Summer Shade; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
A graveside service
will be held Wednesday, September 26, 2018, 3:00 PM at
