Racheal Denise O'Brien, 50 of Tompkinsville, KY passed away December 6,2023 at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born October 20, 1973, to the late Roger Barrett and Glenda Sellers Holton. Racheal loved her animals, going fishing and being outdoors.

She is survived by her husband James Kevin O'Brien of Tompkinsville, son Harvey Daniel Rogers, one daughter Hannah Rogers, five grandchildren, father-in-law Vernon O'Brien, mother-in-law Janice Ince and her stepfather Claude Pelcher.

Cremation was chosen by the family. McMurtrey Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
