Phillip Richardson Bartley, age 74, of
Glasgow
, died at his home, August 4, 2014,
after a lengthy illness.
He was born November
26, 1939, in Beaumont, a son of the late Jack and Opal Shelley Bartley.
He was retired from
SKF.
He is survived by
one daughter, Benita Bartley,
Franklin
;
one son, Chris (Brenda) Bartley, Glasgow; one sister, Marjorie, (Curtis, Jr.)
Shelley, Glasgow; three brothers, Daryl (Sharon) Bartley, Summer Shade, Gary
(Brenda) Bartley, Eighty Eight, and Morris (Tammy) Bartley, Glasgow; one grandchild, Moriah Bartley; and by the mother of his children, Linda Bartley,
Glasgow.
He was also preceded
in death by one brother, Jackie Bartley.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 6, 2014
from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm and will continue after 7:00 am on Thursday at
McMurtrey Funeral Home. Funeral services
will be Thursday, August 7, 2014, at 11:00 am at the funeral home, with burial
to follow in the
