Michael Dennis Anderson, age 61, of Summer Shade passed away on March 03, 2023 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green . He was born on October 15, 1961 to Betty Smith Anderson and the late Claude Anderson, who precedes him in death.

In addition to his mother, Betty Smith Anderson of Burkesville, he is survived by one brother, Joey Anderson (Libby) of Burkesville; nephews, Corey and Anthony Anderson; great niece and nephew, Karaline and Conley Anderson; special cousin Karen Anderson and special friend, James Whitlow; very best friend, Lisa Geralds and Katlyn; caregivers, Barbara Moore, Patsy Scott, Sharon Smith, and Janice Turner; special pets, Blu and Lucy; and a host of cousins and friends.

Cremation was chosen by the family with memorial services to be announced at a later date. McMurtrey Funeral Home in Summer Shade is in charge of arrangements.
