Maxie Riddle Kingrey, 98 of Summer Shade passed away December 17,2023 at Signature Nursing Home in Tompkinsville, KY. She was born June 26, 1925, in Cumberland County to the late Culbert Riddle and Ethel Groce Riddle. She is also preceded in death by her husband Lynn Kingrey and grandson Stephen Bowles.

She is survived by her two children Carol (Jack) Barrett and Jackie (Sharon) Kingrey, two grandsons Jonathon (Crystal) Kingrey and Jordon Kingrey, two sisters Mary Crumpton and Nina Birge, one brother Jean (Janet) Riddle, several great grandchildren Benjamin, Beckham "Beckton", Beatrice, Dayne, Evan, Jacob, and Abigail. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 20,2023 at 1:00 P.M. with burial to follow in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 19,2023 from 3:00 till 8:00P.M. here at the funeral home and after 8:00A.M. on Wednesday until time of the service.
