Lucille McCoy, age 92 of Summer Shade,died Friday, December 10, 2010 at Glenview Health Care Center. She was a homemaker and a daughter of the late Westerfield and Cassie Lester Kingrey. She is survived by two daughters, Linda True White of Summe Shade and Melissa (Jeremy ) Jones of Glagow; one son ,Dwayne (Shelvy) McCoy of Summer Shade; seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren; one sister, Pernie McCoy of Summer Shade. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James McCoy, one brother, Lynn Kingrey and two sisters, Ruth Shaw and Nellie B acon. Funeral services were Sunday, December 12 at 1:00 PM at the McMurtrey Funeral Home with Bro Maxie Harper officiating. Burial was in theSummer Shade Cemetery. McMurtrey Funeral Home was in chargeof arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Fund.
