Linda Lou Bartley, age 79, of
Glasgow
, passed
away Saturday, August 1, 2020 at her residence. She was the daughter of the
late Neal Witty and Evelyn Emberton Witty.
Ms. Bartley was a machine operator at RR
Donnelley and a member of
Coral
Hill
Baptist
Church
.
She is survived by one daughter, Benita
(Karie Ballard) Bartley of Texas. One son, Chris (Brenda) Bartley of Cave city.
One Granddaughter, Moriah Bartley. One sister, Margaret Landrun of
Glasgow
. Niece and
caregiver, Sharon Nesmith. Nephews Donald Bartley of Glasgow and Ricky Carter
of
Florida
.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death
by the father of her children, Phillip Bartley. One brother, Mitchell Witty.
One sister, Alice Nesmith.
A walk through visitation will be Tuesday,
August 4, 2020 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at McMurtrey Funeral Home. Funeral
services will be private, Burial will be in the Summer Shade cemetery. In lieu
of flowers memorials can be made to Brawa in
Glasgow
.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, masks
will be required and social distancing will be practiced, temperature will be
taken.
