He is survived by one son, Royce Lee Jobe of Summer Shade; one daughter, Lisa Joyce Jobe of Summer Shade; his loving pet Chihuahua, Jack; sister-in-laws, Dolly Keith of Summer Shade, and Alberta Glidewell of Greenfield, IN; niece' Robbie Massingale (Darrell) of New Palestine, IN; Nephew, Steve Estes (Vickie) of Kino; special caregivers, Kristina Anderson and Karen Bartley; several other nieces and nephews also survive him.

In addition to his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by three sisters, Margaret Christie, Alma Warren, and Mary Monroe; two brothers, James "Jim" Jobe and Wesley Jobe.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 1 P.M. at the Union # 2 Baptist Church with Bro. Paul Mills and Ricky Proffitt officiating. Burial will follow in the Union #2 Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 3-8 P.M. at the McMurtrey Funeral Home, and will continue on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 from 9.A.M until service time of 1 P.M at the Union #2 Baptist Church .

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Union #2 Cemetery or the Dale and Betty Rich Kosair Charity. These can be made at the funeral home.
