Jonathan Wayne Stewart, 50, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was born in Tompkinsville, KY on December 3, 1973, to the late James Wesley Stewart and Barbara Sue Copas Stewart (Ronald Finn) of Tompkinsville, KY who survives

Mr. Stewart enjoyed working on cars, taking road trips, antique shopping and spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his mom, he is survived by his wife Mildred Pennington Stewart; two sons Aaron Stewart (Jacob Zumfelde) and Dakota Stewart both of Tompkinsville, KY; four siblings Jessie Riley (Luke) of Tompkinsville, KY, Lisa Stewart (Tim Rowe) of Scottsville, KY, Tony Stewart of Russellville, KY, and Brian "Slick" Duggan of Gamaliel, KY and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Monday, October 28, 2024, at McMurtrey Funeral Home with burial in the Basil Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday after 10:00am at McMurtrey Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
