Debra Fay Garrett Hawkins, age 66, of Cookeville , TN. passed away August 8, 2021 at the Cookeville Medical Center .

Debra was born in Glasgow , KY. on September 6, 1954 to the late Henry and Marjorie Hunley Garrett.

She was a member of Union #2 Missionary Baptist Church and worked as a machine operator in Cookeville .

Debra is survived by one brother, Barry Garrett of Glasgow and several nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday August 11, 2021 at 12:00 noon at the McMurtrey Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Union # 2 cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday August 11 from 10:00 A.M. till funeral time of noon.

In lieu of flowers memorials are encouraged to help with funeral expenses and can be left at the McMurtrey Funeral Home.
