Billy Ray McClellan, age 70, of Glasgow, died Sunday, March 9,2014, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky. He was born February 8, 1944 in Glasgow, Ky., he was the son of the late Roy and Estell Pace McClellan, and the husband of the late Annette Ellis McClellan. He was a farmer and a Vietnam Army  Veteran. He is survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death, besides his parents and wife, by three sisters, Dorthy Bertram, Elizabeth Woodcock, and June Glass; and one brother, Levy Lawrence McClellan. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 12 at 11:00 AM, at McMurtrey Funeral Home in Summer Shade. Interment will be at New Salem Cemetery. Visitation will begin  Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 3:00 PM. Memorials may be made to DAV Chapter 20 of Glasgow.
