Anthony Wayne "Tony" Smith, age 68, of Beaumont , KY passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at his residence. He was born on February 08, 1954 in Beaumont , KY to the late Flo Martin Smith and William "Bill" Smith. Tony spent the majority of his life dairy, tobacco, and cattle farming and being a self employed truck driver.

He is survived by one daughter, Halee Smith of Bowling Green; one son, Johnathon Carter (Amy Miller) of Beaumont ; one sister, Jean Franks of Texas ; and two grandchildren, Waylon Miller and Case Carter.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Medford and Larry Smith; and two sisters, Carol Smith and Diane Wood.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, September 29 at 1:00 PM from the McMurtrey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Beaumont Cemetery . Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 28 from 4 PM until 8 PM and will continue on Thursday, September 29 from 8 AM until service time at 1 PM.
