Alma Mae Shaw Smith, age 93 of Edmonton, died Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at the Cumberland Co. Hospital. She was a homemaker and a daughter of the late Hayden and Beulah  Frances Hurt Shaw. She is survived by one daughter,  Mary Elizabeth  Froedge of Edmonton;  one grandchild, Frank Neal (Amanda) Froedge of Edmonton;   one great grandchild, Riley Paige Froedge. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  a sister, Eunice Lola Shaw. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 27 at 2:00 P M at the McMurtrey Funeral Home with Tim Thompson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will begin Wednesday, June 26 at 2:00 P M at the funeral home.
