Alma Jean Goode,age 80 of Summer Shade, died Thusday, Sept. 2, at the T J Samson Community Hosital. She was a daughter of the late Taft and Mahala Gilley Bray. She was a member of the Dripping Springs Baptist Church. She is survived by one son, Tim(Margaret) Goode of Summer Shade;  two grandchildren, David and Mehaley Goode;  three sisters,Wandalene Page of Edmonton, Brenda Sue (Marvin) Devore of Edmonton and Gayle (Larry)Jessie of Summer Shade;  one brother,Kenneth Bray of Edmonton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Goode and one brother, Gerald Bray. Funeral services will b e Saturday, Sept. 4 at 1:00 P.M. at the McMurtrey FuneralHome with burial to follow in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will  begin Friday, Sept.3 at 1:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
