Tina Mae Henry

 

Tina Mae Henry, 61, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2026, at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. She was born in Columbus, IN, on October 17, 1964, to the late Herman and Lucy Modell White Hagan.

Tina was baptized in 1977 and became a member of Meshack Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, helping her sister in any way she could, and spending time with her dog, “Lilly”.  

Survivors include her daughters, Tiffney Perkins (Mickey) of Barren County, KY, and Chelsey Smith (Jesse) of Readyville, TN; grandchildren, Alexandra “Allie” Taylor, and Gracie Jolene Smith; siblings, Roger Hagan (Elaine) of Glendale, KY, and Sebrana Hammer (Joe) of Tompkinsville, KY; nieces, Nakia DiGiovanni (Rob), Crystal Kinzel (Mark), and Mandy Knieriem (Kevin) and nephews, Bradley Hammer and Randy Hagan.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Wyatt Lee; and a sister, Diana Hagan.

Funeral services will be 1:00PM Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at McMurtrey Funeral Home with burial in the Old Mt. Hermon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00PM until 8:00PM at McMurtrey Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and again on Wednesday morning until time for the service at the funeral home.  

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
